Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for Mark IT Solutions subscriptions, sold and billed by Mark IT Solutions.
1. Free trial
New accounts include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial, and you may cancel at any time before it ends with no obligation.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
3. Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be canceled within 14 days of purchase or renewal for a full refund. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but will remain active for the remainder of the paid term.
4. Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation — contact us at support@markitsolutions.xyz within 30 days and we will investigate and issue a corrective refund where appropriate.
5. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
